Couples Activities
Couples Dining Out - Couples meet on a Friday evening each month at various restaurants around town for dinner. A perfect time to meet, socialize, enjoy good food and start the weekend off right!
Couples Mahjong - Mahjong is a game played with Chinese tiles - similar to Rummy. We meet the 4th Saturday of the month at various members’ homes to play Mahjong the Chinese way. Newcomers are always welcome. We will teach you how to play.
Couples Dining In - This group meets on the second Saturday evening of the month. We rotate hosting duties for a sit-down dinner in our members’ homes. The host couple decides on the menu and asks members to bring an appropriate dish. It is a pleasant evening of food and socializing.
Couples Wine Tasting I - This group meets the first Saturday evening of each month – year round – to enjoy different wines and delicious foods and engaging conversation! We meet in our members’ homes on a rotating basis. The host couple chooses the theme for month, which might be a variety of wine, a country or region that produces wine, a holiday or season to celebrate, a guest speaker, or some other unusual or creative idea.
Couples Wine Tasting II - This group meets on the first Saturday of the month. The host couple decides on a theme for the wine. Members research their wine and coordinate their appetizer to that theme. The group meets in members homes.
Couples Wine Tasting III - This fun group is about tasting different and exciting wines from all over the world, making new friendships and enjoying our time together. We rotate our wine tastings in members’ homes, with the host couple deciding on the theme for that month. Each couple brings an appropriate bottle of wine and an appetizer for the evening.
Couples Wine Social - This group meets on the first Saturday of the month for a relaxing evening of wine, food, and socializing. Each couple brings a bottle of wine of their choosing and an appetizer or dessert to share. No theme is involved.
Meet and Eat — This group meets monthly on a Saturday evening. Members host the group in their homes on a rotating basis. The hosts provide the main course and non-alcoholic beverages. Other attendees bring a side dish or dessert and BYOB. This is a casual and fun group, open to new members. Singles and couples are welcome.
